Disabled people are not the endpoint of equity and access; we are the starting point. In the arts, that means embedding access into the creative process from the very beginning—shaping how work is imagined, developed, rehearsed, presented, and experienced, rather than treating access as an afterthought.

Rooted in my own experiences and intersecting identities as a Disabled, Black, Queer multi-hyphenate artist with albinism, I collaborate with Disabled and non-Disabled artists, community members, arts organizations, and cultural institutions to develop access practices that are creative, responsive, and integrated into the work itself. Together, we create environments where Disabled artists, audience members, and communities can fully participate, connect, and thrive..

🎭 Actor Coaching // $75 per hour
One-on-one support for scene work, script analysis, audition preparation, character development, and the practical business tools actors need to navigate their careers. Disabled actors are especially encouraged to reach out.

🖋 Disability Equity Consulting // $175 per hour
Support for productions, projects, and teams looking to integrate accessibility into their work—from early planning through implementation.

Disability Equity Education & Training // Varies by Scope of Work
Sessions focused on disability equity and accessibility in the arts, including inclusive casting practices and sustainable approaches to access throughout the creative process.
